If you’re looking for a last-minute spooky season DIY or a fun and easy way to dress up your Halloween party table, this Printable Cake Topper project is the perfect spooky solution. All you need is a printer and a pair of scissors, and you can turn some regular cupcakes into the perfect Halloween party treat or make your store-bought bargain cake look extra decadent and on theme!
Easy Halloween Cake Toppers
You will need:
Printer
Light card
Scissors
Skewers or toothpicks
Cakes & sweet treats to decorate
Step 1:
Download the FREE Halloween Cake Toppers sheet below & print as many copies as you need onto lightweight crafting card.
Step 2:
Use scissors or a craft knife to carefully cut out the different Halloween characters, using the dotted lines as guides.
Step 3:
Turn the cutout characters face down on your table or desk; then secure a toothpick or skewer to the back of each one using tape. For cakes, longer skewers work best, for smaller cakes or cupcakes toothpicks will work better.
Top Tip: use double-sided tape to attach a cake topper character to both the back and front of your skewers for an even more professional look!
Step 4:
Insert the pointed, undecorated end of your cake toppers into your cake and/or cupcakes as desired.
